At Columbia Sports Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
